Bayer Carbon
Logged dashboard
About
Bayer wanted to create separate dashboards for two of their programs in Conecta Pro Carbon. Their goal was to decrease the average carbon footprint of plantations on participating farms through a range of measures and assessment methods. Our goal was to make those steps and evaluation results visibly clear on dashboards.

Problem
The old dashboard was not very intuitive and lacked some important information, creating barriers for the producer to understand which areas needed improvement.
Solution
Improvement of information visibility in the logged-in dashboards, providing a clear highlight of which areas each producer is performing well in and which still need improvement.
My role
In this project, I was the sole UI designer and worked closely with Bayer’s internal team on the Carbon Regenerar and Carbon Commodities initiatives. I designed all dashboard screens for the logged-in area, updated the design system, and prepared the final deliverables. Our workflow included daily meetings with the Bayer manager and weekly reviews with the development team, including frontend alignment and feedback to optimize dashboard performance. This project gave me significant responsibility and visibility.

Component modularity

Dynamic big numbers panel, present in all programs, highlighting the key information from each.
Quick information identification
Creating color-coded tags to facilitate the search for specific agricultural product information.

Tooltips
Since the programs include many acronyms and specific titles, the presence of informational tooltips aids in ease of understanding and navigation throughout the entire workflow.
